Yay, online shopping! Where previous generations had to spend entire afternoons running from store to store in hopes of finding that one item they were looking for, the internet has once again made life significantly easier for all of us. You can browse dozens of stores in an hour, and compare prices like never before. When you’ve found the item of your dreams, you can get it delivered to your home address so you never even have to go outside or talk to real people.
In most cases, let’s assume the vast majority, these transactions are completely flawless. You pick it, you pay it, you receive it and you get bored of it after 3 weeks. Luckily for us, sometimes the transaction goes completely south. And when it does, someone puts the entire thing on the internet for us to read. Keep these in mind as a reminder to not take everything you see in a web shop at face value. While some of these might be (intentionally or not) nasty, none of it is technically illegal. Odds are you won’t get your money back if you get into one of these situations!
Cat for scale
What’s the best way to show people on the internet how small something is? Exactly, put it on a cat. Scratches to face completely optional.
