90’s Stars We Completely Forgot About

Advertisements

We all remember the 90’s as that decade when television was really becoming a household item and the main medium for entertainment. It was the decade of cheesy movies, cheesy sitcoms and, well, cheesy teenage heartthrob actors and actresses.

Did you ever stop and wonder what happened to some of those stars from the 90’s? Surely they’ve done something since then, right? You might not remember some of these names, but I’m absolutely positive you’ve seen at least some of them on tv. Unless you weren’t alive in the 90’s, in which case I guess it’s too much of a gamble to assume you’ve seen a rerun. Let’s take a look.

David Faustino
You might know him as Bud Bundy from “Married … With Children”. Right now, we don’t pretty much know him as anything. He does a bit of voice work and digital radio, but he’s hardly been on the silver screen since his iconic role.

Ian Ziering
He starred in the immensely popular sitcom “Beverly Hills 90210”, but now he’s mostly know for being “that guy from Sharknado”. Good on you, Ian!

Jake Lloyd
Jake, also known as young Darth Vader, quit acting altogether after he got hit with the fame virus because he was in a Star Wars movie. No big deal, it’s not like I’m jealous or anything.

Chris Owen
Most famously known as The Sherminator, Chris has pretty much done nothing in Hollywood except for play The Sherminator a few more times.

Richard Dean Anderson
This guy was everywhere in the 90’s. First he was MacGyver, then he played Jack O’Neill in the legendary “Stargate SG-1” series, and now he … does charity work? Well, at least he’s spending his time in a good way.

Kevin Sorbo
The most famous actor to ever play Hercules on the silver screen (apart from Dwayne Johnson since that guy does every role) hasn’t really done all that much since being a Greek legend. He blames it on being a Christian, I’m fairly certain he’s a Kevin.

Edward Furlong
Despite starring in two of the most iconic movies ever made – Terminator 2: Judgment Day and American History X, Edward has sadly seen his career ruined by alcohol and drug abuse. And bad choice in which movies to act in. But mostly the booze and drugs.

Tatyana Ali
The ever charming Ashley from “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” currently does, well, not that much. She’s still acting a bit, but she hasn’t done much apart from tv movies and short movies.

Brendan Fraser
I mean, what do you want me to say about this one? You’re bound to get your career tanked if you make not one, but two “George of the Jungle” movies. The first “Mummy” movies were good though.

Madeline Zima
She played Gracie in “The Nanny”, and she still does some acting to this day. Most recently she played in “Californication” and if you’re somewhat familiar with the show, you know this means
she’s trying to get the “child star” factor down to zero.
