Oftentimes, the focus of celebrity conversations is which female stars are aging well, and this topic doesn’t often shift to their male counterparts. While much of this is tied to the desire to know the secret to the fountain of youth that many of these women seem to have, it’s also connected to the greater pressures women feel to appear young forever. However, today, men are facing these same pressures. While not all of them manage to age well, some of these hunks age like fine wine. Here are our favorites.
1. Hugh Jackman
He looks better than ever at 56 years old and fresh off the heels of a finalized divorce. His impressive physique is thanks to clean eating and a meal plan created by experts, which carefully allocates macros and calories. His meals often include lean fish, legumes, and fresh veggies. He wears Kiehl’s sunscreen religiously and rocks under-eye masks too. In 2008, he was dubbed People’s Sexiest Man Alive, and Nicki Swift gave him a place on the 2023 “40 Zaddies Over 40” list; we can see why!
2. Paul Rudd
It seems like Paul Rudd hasn’t aged for over three decades, and many people wonder why. The 56-year-old’s ability to defy science was covered in an article by British GQ dubbed “The Paul Rudd Guide to Looking Absurdly Young at 54” and included wearing sunscreen, keeping your skin moisturized, and eating and sleeping well. Landing the role of Ant-Man also inspired a healthier routine, helping him adopt cardio as part of his mornings. Unlike some male celebs, Rudd has embraced aging and told AARP he’s “not too worried about it.”
3. Shemar Moore
The handsome Shemar Moore, who you might recognize from “The Young & The Restless,” first came on the silver screen in 1995. Magically, he looks the same as he did in the 90s, and while some of that is due to hitting the genetic jackpot (which he admits), a lot of it has to do with working hard during sweat sessions, which keep him looking good. He told Watch! Magazine in 2017, “If I’m gonna tell the truth, it’s about looking good. I’m happier, I’m more motivated, I’m more focused, I’m more productive when I stay in shape. And, you know, it doesn’t happen overnight.”
4. Patrick Dempsey
This “Grey’s Anatomy” actor will always be McDreamy to us, and even though he’s nearly 60 years old, that hasn’t changed. He first came on the medical drama at 39 years old, and 20 years later, he’s just as foxy. He doesn’t try to hide his aging; in fact, his gorgeous blend of grays has turned him into a smoldering silver fox, and the lines on his face somehow make him more attractive. Like many of the men on this list, he sticks to his workouts, avoids alcohol, and eats well—it also helps that his wife owns a skincare business and is a celebrity makeup artist.
5. Coleman Domingo
Coleman Domingo was a late bloomer by Hollywood standards; he was already in his mid-40s when he appeared in “Fear the Walking Dead,” but since then, he’s become an Oscar nominee. At 55, he still has absolutely flawless skin and practically no wrinkles. This is due to a stringent skincare routine, weekly facials, and red-light therapy, which keeps lines and puffiness at bay.

6. Dylan McDermott
This star is 63 years old, but you wouldn’t know it from looking at him. After rising to fame in “The Practice,” he continued to land roles and skyrocket his profile even more with shows like “American Horror Story.” A big part of McDermott’s good looks has to do with going sober over 40 years ago, which led to a healthier lifestyle. He works out hard and is a big fan of Barry’s Bootcamp. He’s also an avid skincare fan and uses an exfoliating scrub every day.
7. Rob Lowe
Lowe has always been a pretty boy of Hollywood, and at 61, that hasn’t changed. His youthful glow is shocking for his age, and he’s been vocal about how important grooming and self-care are for him. He told GQ that he didn’t think self-care was narcissistic but rather was a symbol of how you take care of yourself holistically. He’s been sober for 35 years and, like many of the men on this list, prioritizes skincare and sleep.
8. Keanu Reeves
The star of the “John Wick” franchise has an air of mystery around him, even at 60 years old. The phrase “Keanu Reeves was immortal” has even trended on the internet, and today it feels impossible to find substantial wrinkles on the star’s face. And that’s not even mentioning his body. The action star is known for doing his own stunts and following both martial arts and conditioning exercises to stay fit, which he complements with a low-fat, low-sodium diet.
9. Lenny Kravitz
This rock star is a pretty laid-back guy, and you could say the same about his grooming routine. Despite looking like an absolute babe at 61, he only washes his face with water and uses sand as a natural exfoliant on the Bahamian island where he lives. He uses natural, organic moisturizers like shea butter, coconut oil, and cocoa butter, and washes his body and hair with Dr. Bronner’s almond soap. He also rocks an 8-pack, which he credits to going to the gym five or six days a week, an active island lifestyle, and a plant-based diet, much of which is grown in his own garden.
10. John Stamos
Stamos is just as sexy in 2025 as he was in his peak “Full House” days. He credits his appearance to eating well, and something unexpected: his loved ones. He is well-known for his love of face masks and healthy eating, but his naturally incredible features also play a significant role. He’s said that love is just as important for staying youthful, telling GrowingBolder, “The heart is important to take care of too. And I don’t just mean with, you know, eating nutritiously.“
