Jeff Bezos has been keeping his title of the richest man for a while now. He’s the founder and owner of Amazon, and despite the wide criticism he gets for not treating his employees well and the working conditions being bad and the salaries not being fair, people keep buying stuff from amazon, making Jeff richer every year.
Bernard Arnault – $113.2 billion
This man is the chief executive of the largest luxury goods company in the world. LVMH, full name Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton SE, is what’s making him the second richest person in the world and the richest man in fashion. Being in charge of luxury goods is clearly a good place to be.
Bill Gates – $112.8 billion
Bill Gates needs no introduction, but in case you’ve been living under a rock he’s the cofounder of Microsoft. He’s one of those billionaires that has too much money to know what to do with it, so he actually gives away quite a lot to fund various charities and support medical research.
Warren Buffett -$72.2 billion
Warren Buffett is known as a business tycoon, and the best investor. He clearly knows how to invest, because at this point he’s the 4th richest man in the world. He’s also the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, a multinational conglomerate holding company based in the US.
Mukesh Ambani – $71.2 billion
Mukesh is the richest man in Asia, and the fifth richest man in the world. He’s the chairman and the biggest shareholder of Reliance Industries Ltd, a Fortune Global 500 company in India. The company is a multinational conglomerate that deals in energy, petrochemicals, textiles, natural resources, retail, and telecommunications.
Mark Zuckerberg – $89.2 billion
For some reason we expected Mark Zuckerberg to be higher on the list. After all, Facebook did buy out Instagram. But while social media is on the rise, it’s still pretty clear that businesses that deal with energy and gas are still on top. Steve Ballmer – $69.7 billion
Here’s another super rich person, Steve is the chief executive officer of Microsoft. He also owns a whole Basketball team – the Los Angeles Clippers. You know, owning an NBA team must be quite a profitable side hustle too.

Larry is one of the co-founders of Google. He’s a great computer scientist and entrepreneur. Considering we all use Google every single day, multiple times a day, it’s really no surprise that the founders of the company would be hella rich.

Sergey is the other half of the Google co-founding duo. Clearly him and Larry are great business partners. He was also the president of Alphabet, a parent company of Google, while Larry was the chief executive officer. But both of them stepped down from those titles in 2019.
