When I think of a grand feast, I imagine all sorts of meat, maybe some exquisite whiskey, and definitely mashed potatoes, but, as it turns out, I’ve got it all wrong! You don’t need to spend thousands of dollars or dozens of hours in the kitchen to have a fancy and, more importantly, healthy meal.
Meet Jose, a 16 year old vegan teenager who got sick of taking boring Instagram photos of fruit and veggie salads. In his Instagram, Jose tries to stick to his motto – “life is too short to eat boring food”. And, honestly, I couldn’t agree more. By the way I could eat a horse…-sized vegan snack right now, so this article isn’t helping. But I digress…
According to what I’ve seen in Jose’s photos, all you need is a master’s degree in understanding color and be an advanced snackologist (which, apparently, isn’t even a real word). Seriously, though, look at these tantalizing pieces of colorful fruits and chocolate wrapped in waffles, cakes, and whatnot. This stuff makes me salivate like a pitbull on a sunny day!
Best part about this delicious Instagram user is that he posts a list of ingredients under each photo, so you, the followers, can try and recreate his masterpieces! Have I mentioned all his creations are vegan? Yeah, that’s right, no meat, no dairy, no nothing, and yet I’m drooling… Go figure!
