Don’t Look Now
This movie has one of the most controversial lovemaking scenes that have ever been released. The movie explores the psychology and relationships of two parents who have lost a child. While the director went into some really dark places in the movie, he also captured the intensity and rawness of the act itself, which aroused quite a bit of questions. Did Julie Christie and Donald Sutherland do it for real? We’ll never know for sure. But it is definitely among the most graphic and intimate scenes we’ve ever seen on big screen. And don’t forget it’s the 70s we’re talking about here!
Do the Right Thing
Spike Lee has created a magnificent movie that has stayed underrated for too long. Set in New York during a horrendous heat wave, it rises more than a few race and violence-related issues. Apart from that, it has one of the most sizzling intimate scenes ever created. The main character Mookie is going to his girlfriend’s house to cool down. It all turned into a lustful game involving ice and a lot of passion. It’s truly superb!
Darren Aranofsky has definitely created an incredibly intense and powerful ballet drama. With Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis playing the leading roles, the movie portrays the lives of ballet divas and all the hardships they go through every day. While Portman’s heroine begins to lose it (with a little help from Mila Kunis’ character), the events become more and more dramatic. The movie also showcases one of the steamiest scenes ever shot between Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis. It’s a scene of pure seduction and mesmerizing female sexuality brought to life by two gorgeous women. Many accuse Aranofsky of it being too male-oriented, but one thing we know for sure – it’s more beautiful than anything you’ve ever seen.
